To register a 790pub Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not use a false identity, alias, or another person's details.
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) 790pub Account only. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all Balances. You agree to notify 790pub immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. 790pub will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
790pub reserves the right to require additional verification, temporarily lock an Account, or demand a password reset if unusual login activity is detected on a 790pub Account.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your 790pub Balance in Philippine Peso. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically reflected within sixty (60) seconds. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within minutes during banking hours. 790pub does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All 790pub Account Balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied. 790pub does not hold funds in foreign currencies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 790pub's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 790pub Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
790pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity — arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the 790pub Platform, even if 790pub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
790pub does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily suspend access to some or all Platform services.
790pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 790pub has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
Upon confirmed breach, 790pub may forfeit all or part of the Player's Balance. In cases of suspected money laundering or fraud, 790pub will retain funds pending investigation and may refer the matter to the Philippine authorities.
A Player may close their own 790pub Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Balance remaining after the deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 790pub Platform shall first be submitted to 790pub's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as applicable. For disputes not covered by PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
790pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the 790pub Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Continued use of the 790pub Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
